Formed Ends
Specially designed forming tools create smooth surfaces with no witness or parting lines, to give the precise shape defined by your product design specifications.
Balloon Bonding
PlasticWeld’s proprietary HPS series induction formers are used to bond balloons onto endotracheal tubes. Specially designed forming tools create a smooth, rounded transition from the balloon stem onto the endotracheal tube OD. Our process eliminates the need for solvents or adhesives.

Tube Bonding & Soft Tips
Induction tip formers are used to bond soft tip tubing onto the main catheter tubing. Specially designed forming tools bond the tubes while contouring the OD and tip of your tubing to match your desired configuration. Both open and closed ends can be formed.

Tube End Forming
PlasticWeld’s proprietary HPS series induction formers are used to make complex formed shapes on tube ends. Typical applications include smooth-edged bevels on endotracheal tubes.
Custom Plastic Welding
PlasticWeld offers custom-designed equipment for a number of specialty applications including parallel tube bonding, RF welding and thin film sealing.
