We are a device technology company, which has have close business ties with PlasticWeld Systems for the last 7 years.

For the specialty catheter development and production program, we purchased our first tipping forming system in 2003,  and based on its proven performance, we purchased an additional tip forming system in 2010.

To our satisfaction, we can bear witness that our purchase experience was a smooth one. More than once PlasticWeld was willing to bend over backwards to meet our requests. The technical expertise they provided us during the equipment selection process greatly helped us decide on the correct tipping system to purchase. The machines and all related tools ordered throughout the years were shipped and received in time and without damage. The few instances when a tipping tool was sent not according to our specifications, PlasticWeld promptly corrected the error at their expense. Their technical support, when needed, has always been readily available. Our main contact person in PlasticWeld, their general manager Scott DeWitt, has been responsible in no small part for our successful business relationship and has always been professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with throughout the years.

Our experience of working with PWS has been rewarding.  In the past two years, we have purchased one machine and several tools from PWS and we are very happy with their quality and the documentation provided with the machine.  The technical support at PWS is excellent.  They always answer our questions with patience and in a timely fashion.  For example, to ensure we understand how the machine works, we had a conference call via Skype.  The call lasted for about four hours.  The engineer at PWS went through every single step with our engineers.  Following his live instructions we were able to run good samples during this conference call.  We think the total value we have received from PWS  is far more than we actually paid.  Because of this, we will continue to work with PWS for any future business.
